Biography 
Professor Sotilleo holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, a Masters in Clinical Psychology, a Masters in Counseling Psychology/Business Administration-Organizational Behavior, a Bachelor of Science in Public Communication, and several certificates including computers in business and Biblical Studies. Professor Sotilleo has conducted postgraduate research in domestic violence, co-authored two published papers in the areas of transphobia in the workplace, and coping with transphobia in employment, and has authored a book on the area of social skills interventions for children diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders. Professor Sotilleo has served in various clinical, supervisory and doctoral teaching roles. Professor Sotilleo is an editor for a scholarly journal and has also developed a research curriculum and implemented governance policy and associated procedures at the doctoral level.
